BIG FEELINGS- A Journaling Social

BIG FEELINGS is a creative journaling social hosted by The Big Girl Co. - a low-pressure, judgment-free space to slow down, get creative, reflect, and spend some time with yourself and your community. There’s no “right” way to journal and no experience necessary. You can free-write, use guided prompts, make a collage, junk journal, doodle, decorate your pages, or simply sit and put your thoughts somewhere outside of your head.

We’ll have colorful pens, stickers, washi tape, collage materials, and other creative supplies available to play with. Guided journaling prompts will be provided for anyone who wants a little inspiration, but you’re also welcome to bring your own journal and do your own thing.
