OUR STORY
We’re Nico and Josh Lehman - artists, builders, and parents who believe in the power of making things with your hands. We kept noticing how much people of all ages crave hands-on, imaginative experiences, and how few spaces like that exist on the Space Coast. So we decided to build The Creative Playground, an Art Lab and Lounge. It’s a space where curiosity is encouraged and sensory exploration, structure, and spontaneity live side by side in the heart of the Eau Gallie Arts District.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create a place where creative play is valued at every age. When people make things with their hands, something opens up. It can be therapeutic, joyful, even quietly transformative, without needing explanation or expertise. In a world where kids are overstimulated by screens and adults drift away from wonder, we see The Creative Playground as a bridge.
In this space, gives families and solo wanderers permission to be curious, experimental, and a little weird, strengthening connection and creativity in our community.
